Shipping Rates
These rates apply to orders within Canada and the UNITED STATES only.
Shipping is free on all purchases of $99.00 CAD or more before taxes for Canada only (exceptions: Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and a few other exceptions—shipping fees may apply).
Your order will normally be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 7 business days from the time we receive your order. We ship via Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shoes have been shipped. You can check the status on the carrier’s website using your tracking number.
Anyone picking up an order placed online for in-store pickup must present a photo ID that matches the address on the order. A photocopy of this ID will be taken for our records.
Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return here.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund (via your original payment method), along with the original receipt.
Customers who have opted for Checkout+ are eligible for free returns. Those who have not subscribed to this option are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items. We do not refund return shipping costs. For any order returned more than once, we will deduct our shipping costs from the refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, must not have been worn, washed, or used, and must retain all its original tags. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or marks may not be eligible for a refund. If a returned item is deemed not to meet the return conditions, Boutique du Cordonnier reserves the right to refuse the return.
FINAL SALE: Any item marked as “Final Sale” is neither exchangeable nor refundable. This includes all items marked down by 40% or more.
Our insoles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Cleaning products are non-returnable.
Any package returned to us—whether unclaimed, refused, or due to an incorrect address you provided—will incur a $25.00 handling fee in addition to round-trip shipping costs.
All sales in the United States are FINAL SALES. No returns or exchanges are permitted due to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees...
NOTE: Please note that all returns must be in their original, unused condition and in their original box or packaging. Worn shoes are non-refundable. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a credit, including shipping costs.
All sales are final 14 days after purchase!
