These rates apply to orders in Canada and the U.S. only.
Shipping charges are included on all purchases of $100.00 CAD or more before taxes for Canada only (exceptions: For Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon and some exceptions: shipping charges may apply). A $10.00 CAD fee is charged on orders of $99.99 CAD or less. Your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shoe is shipped. You can view the status on the Canada Post website with your tracking number.
Anyone picking up an order placed online for in-store pick-up must be accompanied by photo identification confirming the address on the order. A photocopy of this ID will be taken for our records.
Returns and Exchanges
* If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund with original receipt. Be sure to inform us by email before returning or exchanging the merchandise. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Return/exchange shipping charges must be paid by the purchaser. We do not refund our shipping costs for returns. This is what we paid to ship your order.
FINAL SALE: Any item in "Final Sale" is not exchangeable or refundable.
Our insoles are not returnable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Any package that is returned to us, unclaimed or refused because the address you provided is incorrect will have a $25.00 handling fee in addition to the shipping cost.
Any return from the United States, there will be a 30 day refund period because any document received from customs is issued within this period. Any invoice received for customs, fees and taxes will be deducted from the refund in addition to OUR shipping charges. Returns must be made with US Postal. Returns with FedEx Ground will be refused.
NOTE: Please note that all returns must be returned in their original new condition. Shoes worn are non-refundable. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or credit you including shipping charges.
All sales are final 30 days after purchase!
