While Pâte de Luxe boasts exceptional cleaning and nourishing properties, it contains a lower concentration of hard and shiny waxes, necessitating a more refined glazing technique - one that Amiral Gloss is specifically formulated to facilitate.
This product is artfully designed to produce a high-gloss finish exclusively on the toe caps and heel counters of shoes - areas that are ideally suited for glazing.

This product is specifically designed for creating a high-gloss finish on the toe caps and heel counters of shoes, which are the only areas suitable for glazing. Applying glaze to other parts, such as the flex creases, is not recommended as it is not well-suited for these areas.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. The Amiral Gloss applies after the maintenance of your shoes: see the ADVICE section.
2. Apply Amiral Gloss with a cotton cloth stretched around your middle finger and forefinger, forming small circles on the parts to gloss. The pressure on the skin must be light because the sensation is very tactile. Renew the application. As soon as you feel resistance, drop a drop of water with your finger on the leather.
3. Lightly caress the leather with the same cloth, forming small circles. The goal now is to intensify the gloss of the glaçage and give a mirror effect to the shoe by repeating the previous actions. Glaçage is a slow operation; do not hesitate to switch between the right & the left shoe to let the layers dry.
4. Allow to dry for ½ hour without brushing the leather so as not to scratch the result. Lightly polish with Lustreur Glove.

Shipping is free on all purchases of $99.00 CAD or more before taxes for Canada only (exceptions: For Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and a few other exceptions, shipping charges may apply).
Your order will normally be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery. We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shoe has been shipped. You can check the status on the shipping company's website using your tracking number.
Anyone picking up an order placed online for in-store pickup must bring photo ID confirming the address on the order. A photocopy of this ID will be taken for our records.
Returns and exchanges

* If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. applied to the original payment method with original receipt. Be sure to notify us by email before returning or exchanging of the merchandise. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted, or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be paid by the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs for returns. For any order returned more than once, we will deduct OUR shipping costs from the refund.
FINAL SALE: Any item marked "Final Sale" is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This applies to all sales of 40% or more.
Our insoles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Cleaning products are non-returnable.
Any package returned to us, unclaimed, refused, or because the address you provided is incorrect will incur a handling fee of $25.00 in addition to the shipping costs to and from our location.
