Brush obvious dirt and dust from the leather items to be treated and then apply Saphir Creme Universelle -- Leather Balm with a soft, clean cloth. As soiling is removed use clean areas of the cloth to continue working in the product.  Allow to dry once all areas are cleaned and conditioned and then buff to your desired level of shine.
