Pedag® SNEAKER MAGIC STEP is an orthopaedic insole with Memory Foam and bamboo terry cloth tha adapts to your foot. The Memory Foam laye adapts to the shape of your foot for optimal cushioning. The insert is anatomically shaped and supports your foot at the three most sensitive zones: the forefoot (metatarsal pad), the longitudinal arch (arch support) and the heel (heel pad). These elements cushion the step and relieve foot, spine and joints. The surface is made of soft bamboo fiber that absorbs the moisture of the foot and therefore keeps your shoes fresh and hygienic. Naturally antibacterial.

How it works.
The pedag VIVA supports the entire foot with a semi-rigid longitudinal arch and plantar vault, helping to evenly distribute the pressure on your feet. The built-in orthopedic metatarsal pad helps to rest your longitudinal arch, while the cushioning of the heel helps to absorb shock. The carbon odor control and natural materials help to create a healthy climate in the shoe and reduce any scent. No solvents are used in the pedag VIVA, and we use only water-based adhesives.

Shipping rates
These rates apply to orders in Canada and the United States only.
Shipping is free on all purchases of $99.00 CAD or more before taxes for Canada only (exceptions: For Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and a few other exceptions, shipping charges may apply).
Your order will normally be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery. We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shoe has been shipped. You can check the status on the shipping company's website using your tracking number.
Anyone picking up an order placed online for in-store pickup must bring photo ID confirming the address on the order. A photocopy of this ID will be taken for our records.
Returns and exchanges

You can submit a return request here.
* If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. applied to the original payment method with original receipt. Be sure to notify us by email before returning or exchanging of the merchandise. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted, or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be paid by the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs for returns. For any order returned more than once, we will deduct OUR shipping costs from the refund.
FINAL SALE: Any item marked "Final Sale" is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This applies to all sales of 40% or more.
Our insoles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Cleaning products are non-returnable.
Any package returned to us, unclaimed, refused, or because the address you provided is incorrect will incur a handling fee of $25.00 in addition to the shipping costs to and from our location.
All sales in the United States are FINAL SALES. No returns or exchanges due to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees...
NOTE: Please note that all returns must be returned in their original new condition. and their original box or packagingWorn shoes are non-refundable. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a credit, including shipping costs.
