Pedag Comfort is a three-quarter metatarsal insole for feet with spreading metatarsal arches. Make your favorite shoes as comfortable as possible; the pedag Comfort reduces metatarsal pain in shoes, boots, and even heels! This high-quality, handmade German insole is a great choice for those who have issues with their metatarsals, such as Morton's Neuroma and Metatarsalgia.
This is also a great insole for those who suffer from bunions, ball of foot pain, and metatarsal pain which may be caused by Metatarsalgia. The thin and flexible design makes the Pedag Comfort versatile for any pair of shoes, so you can express your personal style without worrying about potential injuries to the forefoot.
How it works.
Made with natural materials, the pedag Comfort redistributes your weight and supports the metatarsal arch by keeping it in an anatomically correct position. This helps to keep the delicate nerves, ligaments, tendons and tissues that surround the metatarsal bones from compressing, pinching, shifting and grinding into the ground. The anatomically shaped metatarsal pad alleviates pain from Morton's Neuroma and metatarsalgia, while the soft heel padding brings even more comfort. As with all Pedag products, there are no solvents used, only water-based adhesives.
Made with vegetable-tanned leather to maintain an ideal climate in the shoe.
Shipping rates
These rates apply to orders in Canada and the United States only.
Shipping is free on all purchases of $99.00 CAD or more before taxes for Canada only (exceptions: For Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and a few other exceptions, shipping charges may apply).
Your order will normally be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery. We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shoe has been shipped. You can check the status on the shipping company's website using your tracking number.
Anyone picking up an order placed online for in-store pickup must bring photo ID confirming the address on the order. A photocopy of this ID will be taken for our records.
Returns and exchanges

You can submit a return request here.
* If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. applied to the original payment method with original receipt. Be sure to notify us by email before returning or exchanging of the merchandise. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted, or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be paid by the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs for returns. For any order returned more than once, we will deduct OUR shipping costs from the refund.
FINAL SALE: Any item marked "Final Sale" is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This applies to all sales of 40% or more.
Our insoles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Cleaning products are non-returnable.
Any package returned to us, unclaimed, refused, or because the address you provided is incorrect will incur a handling fee of $25.00 in addition to the shipping costs to and from our location.
All sales in the United States are FINAL SALES. No returns or exchanges due to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees...
NOTE: Please note that all returns must be returned in their original new condition. and their original box or packagingWorn shoes are non-refundable. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a credit, including shipping costs.
